BALANCER GOOD NIGHT contains magnesium in the form of citrate - one of the most digestible organic forms of magnesium for the human body. Magnesium deficiency may be accompanied by symptoms such as general fatigue, weakness, muscle spasms and cramps, problems with sleep. The complex of active ingredients in the composition of the drink provides effective relaxation of the nervous system, promoting deep sleep throughout the night.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Magnesium is a vital mineral that is present in minimal amounts in the body. Magnesium is important for the relaxation of muscle fibers, the transmission of nerve impulses, and is involved in the synthesis of the hormone melatonin, which our body needs to improve sleep, is a natural anti-stress factor.

Glycine (amino acid) has a regulating effect on metabolism, activates the processes of protective inhibition in the central nervous system, reduces psycho-emotional stress, increases mental performance.

Passionflower extract works as a relaxant, helps reduce anxiety, stimulates the synthesis of serotonin, improving mood.

Melissa extract has antiarrhythmic and antispasmodic effects, helps reduce nervous tension.
