HOW TO USE:

The Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) of fiber is 25-30 grams per day.

INTERACTION:

The intake of bio-topping together with medicines is not recommended. The product acts as an active substance that can break down and absorb the medication components (as a sorbent). It is recommended to wait for at least two hours before taking medication.
