SUGGESTED USE: For sale to the public as a dietary food supplement — an additional source of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 / PP (niacin), B5, B6, B8, B9 (folic acid), B10, B12), vitamins E, D3, beta-carotene, minerals (copper, magnesium and zinc).

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day with meals. The duration of supplementation is 1 month.  If necessary, the intake can be repeated.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breast-feeding. Is not a medicinal product It is advisable to consult a doctor before use.
