Welllab SLEEP TIME dietary supplement is a complex with vegetable melatonin and glycine.

Herbal melatonin (from extracts of acerola and griffonia) will help restore disturbed sleep and wakefulness cycles. Improves falling asleep, reduces the number of nighttime awakenings and provides an easy wake-up in the morning. It helps to adapt more quickly to jet lag. Reduces meteosensitivity. It is not addictive.

Glycine is an interchangeable amino acid that activates protective inhibition processes in the nervous system, reduces psychoemotional stress, facilitates falling asleep and normalizes sleep.
