WELLLAB MAGNESIUM & VITAMIN B6 is a balanced combination of two organic forms of magnesium — bisglycinate and citrate — for optimal bioavailability and high efficiency.

Magnesium deficiency can be triggered by mental and physical overload, stress, an unbalanced diet, and taking certain medications. Manifestations of magnesium deficiency in the body include increased irritability, fatigue, sleep disorders, loss of appetite, pain and muscle cramps, a feeling of numbness, palpitations and high blood pressure.
